- ½ yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 ounces crab meat or imitation crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery, finely sliced
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- In a large bowl, combine bell pepper, onion, celery, tomato, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Add crab or imitation crab. Toss gently.
