  • 4 catfish filets, 8 oz each
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix the black pepper, oil, cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce, garlic sauce, dried thyme and paprika together.
  3. Brush this paste over both sides of the catfish.
  4. Put the catfish filets in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
