Do You like Cajun Food?
- 4 catfish filets, 8 oz each
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix the black pepper, oil, cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce, garlic sauce, dried thyme and paprika together.
- Brush this paste over both sides of the catfish.
- Put the catfish filets in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
